Our Story

Hi — we’re Laura + Jasmine.

We were both frustrated by the same truth: The shopping experience is not the same as it used to be. You’re paying more for cheaper quality, thrift stores are becoming saturated with low quality fast fashion, and finding those truly great pieces – the ones that feel like you struck gold – is becoming harder.  

The more we shopped, the more we realized we were looking for something that didn’t exist: a shopping experience that feels curated, seamless, personal, and actually worth it.

So we created it.

Solid Character curates limited-time drops built around distinct moods, identities, and cultural inspirations. Each drop offers a different perspective, allowing you to find the style that fits who you are or who you feel like becoming.

Every garment is sourced from thrift stores and secondhand channels.  But secondhand isn't our story – it's simply how we operate.

Character is at the core of our brand.

We believe style is an expression of who you are, how you feel, and who you want to become. The clothes you choose tell a story about your values, the identity you align with, the icons that inspire you, and the aspirations that shape your individuality.
